This is a unique opportunity for you to work at this formidable and long-lived Norman fortress.

Providing a warm welcome to a diverse range of visitors to this historic site, you will be ensuring they have relevant information for their visit and about the wider local environment. No two days are the same and keeping the site looking its best is essential to ensuring our visitors leave having had a great experience.

We're looking for people who are committed to providing the very highest levels of customer service and enjoy being a part of a busy team with constantly changing priorities. As a confident communicator, you will be comfortable building rapport with customers and using your skills in sales to provide exceptional service at all times.
