The primary role of the Remuneration/Human Resources Committee is to oversee English Heritage's remuneration of the Chief Executive and the other members of Executive Board on behalf of the Commission. The Committee shall additionally review and advise on English Heritage's overall Human Resources strategy as appropriate to ensure that it is contributing effectively to the success of the organisation.
