Mercedes Picard - Travel Trade Sales Executive
Mercedes has been with English Heritage since 2005 and joined the travel trade team from 1066 Battle of Hastings Abbey and Battlefield. She has extensive experience as a tour director.
Siobhan Harrison - Travel Trade Marketing Assistant
Siobhan worked for the Travel Trade team in 2008-09 as part of her degree in Leisure Marketing. She graduated from Bournemouth University in 2010 and has now returned to work for English Heritage.
