Your class will travel back in time, looking for evidence in the remains of the castle to help explore key events and form conclusions about daily life for the castle’s inhabitants. Life was very different back then but somethings would have been just the same… The castle is real, genuine primary evidence, so with that and the secondary sources we will use, it’s a perfect context setter for all your work on the medieval period and the lives of the people who lived and worked in it. The session can be adapted for key stages 1-3 so please let us know which would best suit your group.
