How to Book

Please make sure you book at least 14 days in advance of your educational visit.

There are three ways to book:

• Complete the Online Booking form.  Please note not all properties have online booking facilities. If the property you wish to book is not listed, please contact the Education Bookings Team for further information.

• Download a copy of the booking form from the right hand side of this page, and return the completed form to the Education Bookings Team by post or fax.

• Call the Education Bookings Team to make a booking over the phone (please be ready with the details listed on the booking form when you call).

Please note that your booking will be confirmed when you receive an Educational Visit Permit and written confirmation from the education bookings team.

For a small charge, you can also book a Discovery Visit as part of a free site visit.  These are run at selected sites.  Just choose a Discovery Visit and include the details when you make a booking for a free site visit.
