Here are some of the most frequently asked questions that we get about booking a visit to our sites as a learning group.

If you need to cancel your visit for any reason, please contact Education Bookings on 0870 333 0606 or email bookeducation@english-heritage.org.uk. Charges will made for Discovery Visits if cancelled less than two weeks before the intended visit.
Please book at least 14 days in advance - the earlier you book the better as you will be more likely to get the visit date of your choice. For popular properties of international interest like Dover Castle and Stonehenge it's best to book at least six months in advance.
Bookings must be made by (and contain the contact details of) the person who will be leading the group. We are sorry that we are not able to accept free entry bookings from groups such as commercial tour operators, language schools or similar.
