Bronze Age barrow, Fylingdales (af_03c_469_v_5731)

Extract from one of the vertical photographs taken on 23-NOV-2003 showing the remains of a Bronze Age barrow. The detailed field survey undertaken by the English Heritage Archaeological Survey & Investigation Team demonstrated that the low, stony banks surrounding the barrow represent  a series of successive enclosures also thought to be Bronze Age in date. © English Heritage.
