Ringborough Coast Artillery Battery (NMR 12482/14)
The Ringborough World War II Coast Artillery Battery gun emplacements and associated camps photographed on 14-JUN-1994. Originally positioned on the cliff top north of Grimston this site comprised a battery of three guns and a camp for the servicemen. In 1994 the emplacement platforms are visible teetering on the cliff edge whilst the collapsed gun pits and aprons are at the base of the cliff. © Crown copyright. NMR.
