The Making of England; Battle of Hastings

 

Re-live the atmosphere and tension of medieval battle as over 400 soldiers  clash in our annual re-enactment of the 1066 Battle of Hastings, on the very battlefield where it took place. Immerse yourself in medieval life as you stroll around the living history encampments; be amazed by the Norman Cavalry display; watch the chain mail and weaponry makers and take an entertaining look at the Bayeux Tapestry on a washing line. Marvel at the medieval falconry and see if you can hit the mark in the have-a-go archery. It really is one of the best days out in history!

How to Book Group Tickets for Events
1. Contact Kelly Sheridan at Customer Services on 0870 333 1183

2. Tickets are provisionally reserved for the group. We will fax you to confirm the provisional reservation with a clear booking expiry date.  

3. Please call Kelly Sheridan and pay for the final confirmed number of tickets 4 weeks prior to the event.

4. Once payment is received we will post your tickets. If we do not hear from you, the tickets will be cancelled.   

5. Any unused tickets can be returned 1 week after the event for a refund.  

6. A maximum limit of 20% can be refunded.  

7. Please note there is a group discount of 15% available on these events for groups of 11 or more people.
