Join 'Time Travellers Go…' and travel through the ages

DON’T FORGET YOUR PASSPORT!

 Everyone knows that time travel is impossible – or is it? Now, thanks to English Heritage’s exciting new ‘Time Travellers Go’ Club, children of all ages will get the chance to venture into the past and take on some of history’s greatest roles. Whether your child has always wanted to claim glory as a Roman gladiator, join Robin Hood’s band of merry men or rescue a relic like Indiana Jones, they will be thrilled at the thought of learning a new set of skills certain to wow their friends back at school.

 All kids need to take part is an adventurous spirit, a little imagination and a special ‘Time Travellers’ passport and they will be on their way to an adventure of a lifetime (or several!). With events that include ‘Knights Academy’, ‘Crime & Punishment’ and ‘Secrets & Spies’, children can learn about everything from the art of medieval combat to the secret techniques used by spies during the Second World War.  Whichever tricks-of-the-trade they decide to hone, a fun-filled day is guaranteed for all.

Designed not just to entertain, ‘Time Travellers Go’ is also a great way for kids to meet new friends, discover how fun learning about the past can be, and help them explore history in an extremely hands-on way. Many of the events will be hosted by colourful historic characters who remain very much in full character the whole day, making sure the children get to experience a truly memorable day out.

All new Time Travellers are presented with their very own passport to the past and awarded a sticker at each event attended.  Once the passport is full, they’ll receive a special Time Traveller reward for completing their training!
