Family activities reach record numbers

 A record 7,590 visitors enjoyed the family activity tent run by the Education team in partnership with Ecclesiastical at this July’s Festival of History. This year’s theme was toys and games through history and as well as dressing up and playing popular historic games, families enjoyed creating hundreds of fortune tellers, windmills, peg dolls and more throughout the two days.
