 This substantial and spacious family home stands a short walk away from the romantic ruins of Witley Court. From the upstairs windows there are views not only over the well-wooded, rolling countryside, but also over the lake to the fantastic gilded dome of the Georgian parish church of St.Michael and All Angels. At some times of year, foliage allowing, the glorious Perseus and Andromeda fountain can also be seen.

Pool House is the largest of our holiday cottages. On the ground floor there is a spacious sitting room, a large kitchen with centre Island, a dining room to seat eight and a second sitting room.  There is also a large cloakroom with storage.

Upstairs there are four double bedrooms, two of which are twins, two of which have ensuite bathrooms. There is also a family bathroom with double shower cubicle.

Outside there is partially covered terrace with BBQ for al fresco dining and large gardens with views over Witley Court’s grounds.
Pool House’s spacious layout makes it the ideal venue for groups of friends or extended families. Wake each morning inspired by the views, breakfast on the terrace, simply relax and wonder in the peaceful surroundings.
