Set high upon the headland with panoramic views out to sea, Pendennis Castle is a spectacular location for memorable occasions. It was built in the 1540's on the orders of Henry VIII and has stood for five centuries protecting the British mainland from foreign invaders.
Today, the Castle no longer has to guard against possible raids by the Spanish Armada or fear that Napoleon's navy may launch an attack on this peaceful Cornish haven.
