What Are We Looking For?
English Heritage has developed a set of 7 Behaviours that employees are expected to understand and be able to relate to their work. They were developed in response to feedback from staff on how we can best work together. They are;
- Respecting each other
- Working together
- Communicating effectively
- Deciding effectively
- Being accountable
- Dedicated to English Heritage and its future
- Leading effectively
Each Behaviour has been designed to be applicable to all English Heritage roles although some will be more relevant than others in certain jobs.
