How to Book

There are now three ways to make an application for free entry:

Option 1:

• Complete the Online Booking form (not all properties have online booking available. If the property you wish to book is not listed, please contact the regional booking office in that area for further information).

Option 2:

• Download and print a copy of the booking form, and return the completed form to the appropriate regional office by post or fax.

Option 3:

• Telephone the appropriate regional office to make a booking over the phone (please be ready with the details listed on the booking form when you call).

Please note that a booking will be confirmed when you receive an Educational Visit Permit and written confirmation from the regional office.
