Bede's World – The Museum of Early Medieval Northumbria at Jarrow
A short walk from St. Paul’s Monastery is Bede's World, a museum that celebrates the extraordinary life of the Venerable Bede. It hosts an interactive Age of Bede exhibition, a recreated Anglo-Saxon demonstration farm, museum and shop. Inside the refurbished Jarrow Hall is also a café.

St. Peter's Church, Monkwearmouth
The twin monastic site of St. Peter’s is today a parish church, and can also be visited. It contains an exhibition about St. Peter’s Monastery.
