A gold circular pendant set with swirls of rectangular cut diamonds. The main body of the pendant is formed from cleverly worked leaves and scrollwork that have been enamelled in black and white, and interspersed with tails of peapod enamelling. The reverse of the pendant has been enamelled in blue, green and white, with a central motif of blue flower sprays on a white ground.
