Educational Customer-Insight Questionnaire

Currently English Heritage provides a free educational visits programme to all 400 of its heritage sites throughout England.  It provides educational group leaders with free information and resources on its most popular sites and also provides Hazard Information sheets to help them undertake their own on-site risk assessments.  To aid this and to provide opportunities for group leaders to more fully understand the sites, visit permits also allow them to make a free preliminary visit.

Traditionally, English Heritage Education have encouraged and developed teachers to lead their own visits and not offered guided tours.  However, we are now piloting enhanced educational services at some sites in each region and would be pleased to receive comments on whether or not you or your colleagues would be interested in using any or all of these new products.

Your help in completing the following brief questionnaire would really help us fine tune our services to most accurately meet the needs of educational groups and group leaders in the twenty-first century.

Access and entry to all sites will always continue to be free for educational groups. However, as an addition to this free entry, would you be interested in booking any or all of the following services at additional cost?
A one hour guided tour focussing on the establishment history and development of the site
A one hour guided tour focussing on the people and stories associated with the site.
