Cornish Food and Farmers’ Markets

Most people are familiar with the traditional Cornish pasty but nothing matches a delicious freshly cooked, homemade version. Cornwall abounds in good food. Freshly caught fish and seafood is available all round the coast – nowhere more famously than at Padstow, home of Rick Stein’s seafood restaurant.
