Testimonials

My wife and I have just had the pleasure to have stayed at this lovely little cottage for a long weekend along with our greyhound 'Tigga'. Although it was November, the cottage was very cozy and warm and looked very welcoming when we arrived just as it was getting dark. The cottage was beautifully clean and tidy, the modern interior complements the old building. The 'welcome pack' was very comprehensive and not really expected, we did not need to bring as much supplies as we did. We had direct access to the historic battlefield at Battle from the rear garden, and our greyhound loved going for his walks so close to home! There is a good selection of books and DVD's and games in the cottage, but we preferred to make the most of the reasonable weather by visiting some nearby castles on our short stay. Looking through the visitors book, everybody who had stayed here also enjoyed their stays!
