You can book online until 8.45am on the day of your visit. You can still buy a ticket when you arrive, but you won’t get the discount. 

Tickets are valid all day, so you can arrive at any time and stay for as long as you like within our opening hours.

Tickets are free for members. You can still book online if you’d like – just remember to bring your English Heritage membership card.

You can join as a member online or during your visit. 

There is no English Heritage car park at Rushton Triangular Lodge, visitors can park in a nearby lay-by however this is not guaranteed. If you are unable to park, the village of Rushton is a short walk away. Your ticket will be valid all day if you’re unable to park, and would like to come back later.

There are two steps to get through the gate to the site, two steps leading into the shop, and nine steps to the monument door. Within the monument there are two narrow spiral staircases.
