    There are spaces for approximately 20 cars, located roughly 200 meters from the castle entrance and there is also free roadside parking along Castleton Road. Although there is no coach access to the site, there is a passenger set down and pick up point on the B3145 by Castleton Road.

    Located 1⁄2 mile E of Sherborne, off B3145.Follow the signs for Sherborne Castle, continue past the entrance of Sherborne Castle to the junction of New Road and Oborne Road (B3145).Turn right and right again into Castleton Road.The entrance and car park are located through the gates at the end of the road next to Ralegh's Lodge.
