Witness graceful hawks and glorious falcons in flight as our expert falconers demonstrate the art of training, exercising and hunting on horse back.

10.30am - Hawks Rise, visit the hawk mews to see the birds before they set to the skies.
11.30am - Training the Horse and the Hawk, horse and hawk must be trained to work as a duo to ensure a good day's hawking. Come and watch how this training begins.
1.30pm - Victorian Falconry, marvel at a thrilling aerial display of rural skill by our Victorian falcons and falconers.
3.30pm - A Display of Mounted Falconry, Come and see horse and hawk working together and discover how a horse can improve a day's hawking.
5pm - Hawks to Roose, the Bird Mews closes.
10.30am - Preparing the High Society Horse, appearance is everything in Victorian High Society. Watch as the horses are prepared for a day of entertaining.
12.30pm - Classical Dressage; from Tradition to Today, come and watch as James Fillis, Victorian classical dressage trainer, gives you an insight into the history and elkegance of this beautiful equestrian display.
2.30pm - Schooling the Young Dressage Horse, learn a little about the training of a classical dressage horse as James Fillis put his skills into practice while schooling a young Spanish stallion.
4.30pm - Classical dressage, from tradition to today. Come and watch as James Fillis, Victorian classical dressage trainer, gives you an insight into the history and elegance of this beautiful equestrian discipline.
5pm - Horses to Bed, after a busy day delighting the crowds the horses need to be washed down, fed and left to rest. See how our groom settles them for the evening.
