We are looking for a Campaign Delivery Analyst to join our team. The role is part time, working 21.6 hours per week, and is a fixed term 14 month contract.

The role is offered hybrid with one day minimum a week (Wednesday) at the Swindon office and and occasional visits to English Heritage sites or the London office as required. The role will initially require more frequent working in the Swindon office (during the handover and training period).

This is a great opportunity for a data-oriented person to join our CRM & Data Analytics team, providing critical support to help drive our ambitious plans for income and growth.

You'll be supported and encouraged to share your ideas, inspire others and make a difference to the way England's rich heritage is experienced.

As our Campaign Delivery Analyst, you will ensure that English Heritage can get the most out of CRM system by ensuring the right communications go to the right supporters at the right time.

To be considered as a Campaign Delivery Analyst you'll need:

- Experience in analysing supporter data utilising industry standard tools and protocols

- Proven track record of producing complex campaign data selections and analysing results

- Experience in specifying and producing meaningful reporting

- Experience in key techniques to support marketing activity - segmentation; profiling; and mapping

- Experience in working with design, research, technical and operational teams

Initial interviews will be held in the week commencing 15th December via MS Teams, followed by second interviews via MS Teams or at our Swindon office in the week commencing 5 January. We are looking for someone to start mid-February.
