Osborne Garden Nursery Volunteer
Find an opportunity > Osborne Garden Nursery Volunteer
Complementing the magnificent Italianate 'royal palace by the sea', are gardens and grounds filled with breath-taking views. A place to relax and discover seasonal colour throughout the year.
The ornate terrace gardens, renovated in 2016–17 as part of a major conservation project, are a riot of tulips in spring. The mild Mediterranean climate allows stunning bedding displays in summer. Wander the Victorian walled garden with its espaliered fruit trees, and explore the wider parkland with its historic trees, many planted by Prince Albert.
This is an exciting new opportunity as we are looking to build a team of Garden Nursery Volunteers who will help grow and maintain the plants within our nursery and glasshouses in our Walled Garden. These plants will be destined to be used across our historic gardens and grounds.
