TIME

LOCATION

Witley Court and Gardens

SUITABLE FOR

Families

Have you ever wondered what people in the distant future would make of all the things we throw away? This workshop with artist Jancis Vaughan is about casting your own ‘future fossil’ from a clay mould. We all have lots of things around us that we keep for sentimental reasons, but that do not have much value for other people. You could bring a small object from home to use to create a relic of your own by preserving it in plaster form (or choose one of ours), creating something with additional value and linking to the future and the past. This will be a fun workshop, prepare to get a little messy.

The workshops are Free drop-in sessions - just call in and have a go during your visit!

Please note that normal admission prices to Witley Court applies.
