These terms and conditions apply to the 'Minecraft' promotion, running on the official English Heritage (EH) site, EH Minecraft server and related social channels.

Submissions may be featured on the English Heritage websites and social channels, specifically Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Submissions must not be offensive or illegal.

By uploading or sharing an image you warrant and represent that you have the legal right and necessary permission(s) to do so; you are the sole and exclusive owner and rights holder of your image.

The promotion will run from 12.01am on 15th June 2019 until 11.59pm on 5th October 2019. Submissions must be received within this window to be potentially eligible for inclusion.

By submitting content the submitter, or if under 18 the submitter's parent or legal guardian, is consenting to the use of their name, image, associated text and/or multimedia for publicity purposes on social media channels, websites and in any other media.

The winning entry will be selected by an impartial panel which will include English Heritage castle experts. Winners contacted via the channel on which they submitted their entry by October 30th 2019.

The prize(s) are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. In the event the winner(s) do not for any reason take an element of a prize at the time then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash or any other form of compensation will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize.

The main prize is an exclusive EH / Minecraft tee shirt. One tee shirt will be awarded per weekend workshop, with winners notified within 30 days of the event. A secondary prize may be provided at the discretion of EH.

This promotion is not open to employees of English Heritage, Historic England or their families.

All personal data provided to English Heritage in conjunction with this promotion will be held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (http://www.english-heritage.org.uk/about-us/our-people/our-policies/). We will keep your personal data safe and secure. We will not share it with other organisations without your knowledge and consent, unless required by law to do so.

English Heritage reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.

Submitting content into this promotion signifies acceptance of these conditions. English Heritage reserves the right to withhold, change or cancel inclusion in promotion in the event of non-compliance with these conditions. English Heritage also reserves the right at its discretion to amend the conditions at any time.

These Terms and Conditions shall by governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
