Please note some events and pre-booked guided tours may require payment in advance of the visit.

Our Agency Voucher Scheme (AVS) simplifies group administration and ensures your visit runs smoothly.

Once your account is set up, all you need to do is confirm you want to use AVS as the payment method when making your group booking. Your tour leaders then present your company voucher at the point of entry and the group will be admitted with no cash transaction.

To see if your company qualifies for AVS or to apply for an account please contact the Travel Trade Team.

Booking and Cancelling

When visiting with a group it is usually advisable to book in advance so that we can cater for any requirements you may have, and for you to confirm that the property is open.

Contact the property directly for a Group Booking Form.

If you need to cancel a group visit, please call the property at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may incur a cancellation fee.
