Like being on a film set with fantastic historical connections and atmosphere.
Our 4th visit but 1st for our friends. They thought it amazing. Very well equipped.
Fantastic stay, beautiful house and the Housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. Second time I have stayed and it was just as good as the first time.
The Lodge is not only set in spectacular scenery, but it is stunning inside. The English Heritage Staff on site could not have been any more helpful. The Lodge was incredibly clean and tidy, and every need had been thought of.
