Access for wheelchairs is limited to the ground floor only. A wheelchair is available to hire.

If using their Blue Badge, disabled visitors can park on the streets surrounding the Old Hall. They can also be dropped off outside the entrance.

There are a number of stairs throughout the hall. The only lift available provides access to the toilets which are below ground level.
