Do I need to pre-book tickets?
It is likely that most events will sell-out in advance of the show and it is therefore strongly advised that you purchase tickets in advance to secure entry. You can buy your tickets from ticketmaster.co.uk.
How will my tickets arrive?
Ticket delivery will be advised at point of purchase.
I haven't received my tickets/confirmation email, who do I contact?
Please contact the ticket agent you used to purchase your tickets as they will be best placed to help.
What happens if I cannot attend?
Unfortunately due to the high demand for tickets, they are non-refundable and not interchangeable.
Can I visit in the day and stay for the evening too?
Kenwood House and its Estate is operated by English Heritage whereas the concerts are operated by GCE LIVE. The House will open from 10am – 3pm (Wed - Sun) on concert weekends and, under the terms of the Iveagh Bequest, is free to visit throughout the year. Please be aware that the concert area will be separate to Kenwood House and that access to the concert arena will not be available until the advertised ‘doors open’ time
What time do the Concerts start/end?
Times for the concerts have yet to be announced, please visit www.heritagelive.net for updates on the latest information. Kenwood House will close, to the public, at 3pm and the Estate will close at 7pm to general visitors.
Are there any age restrictions?
There are no age restrictions for these events. Children aged 14 and under may purchase a Child Ticket (proof may be required upon entry). All children must be accompanied by an adult. Under 5's free (no ticket required).
Can I buy a ticket on the day?
Tickets are available on a limited basis, so this is not guaranteed. We recommend pre-booking your tickets to avoid disappointment!
PARKING AND ACCESSIBILITY
Where can I park?
There is no parking available at Kenwood House. For more information, please refer to the Heritage Live website.
If you wish to purchase a seat in the Reserved Seating Area, positioned in front of the stage, please purchase your tickets via Ticketmaster.
Is there disabled access/facilities?
For discounted disabled tickets, please purchase your tickets via Ticketmaster online at www.ticketmaster.co.uk or over the phone on 0800 988 4440 or (0044 161 637 2697 overseas). Please note that if you also require a space on our Disabled Viewing Platforms and/or a space in our disabled car parks, you MUST book this in addition to buying your concert ticket by separately contacting Ticketmaster on 0800 988 4440.
Are dogs allowed into the event?
No dogs are not allowed at this event.
How do I get to Kenwood House by bus?
Kenwood House can be reached by 210 bus, traveling from either Archway or Golders Green tube station
FOOD AND DRINK
Is there food and drink available to buy?
There will be various high-quality food outlets on site as well as bars serving a wide range of drinks including wine, beer, champagne and soft drinks.
Are there food options for special diets?
There will be a variety of catering options available from food outlets on site providing options for special diets. Please make the catering outlet staff aware of any specific allergens or dietary requirements you have and they will be able to advise you.
Can I bring a picnic?
Please note that standard size hampers are allowed to be brought on-site with food and sealed bottles of water. No alcohol is permitted within the hamper.
There will be a wide variety of bars and artisan food traders on site.
Can I bring chairs to sit on?
Yes, small camping chairs and picnic rugs are permitted in the rear arena and as long as they are not carried inside large bags.
