Join Dr Annie Gray, resident food historian on BBC Radio 4's The Kitchen Cabinet, as she talks about food and cooking in the early 20th century country house. Watch Mrs Crocombe conjure up one of her favourite Victorian recipes and hear a talk on rediscovering the culinary wisdoms of the the past from The Great British Bake Off finalist, Mary-Anne Boermans, as she discusses her book Deja Food.
