Go back in time and get up close to the action as rival knights compete in the ultimate test of strength and skill at the Kenilworth Castle Knights’ Tournament.
Four armoured knights and their squires will clash in a variety of gruelling rounds. You’ll be transported back to the 15th century as you experience the pageantry and action of the fearsome tournaments of days gone by.
Be entertained by Kenilworth’s Jester and enjoy traditional music as you explore. Young knights can test their skills at sword school.
British Sign Language:
On Monday 31 August we will have a British Sign Language Interpreter on site all day. There will be a meet and greet at the Visitor Centre at 10 - 10.45am. They will then be in the BSL Zone to interpret the main events.
At 3pm our Deaf Guide will deliver a History Highlights Tour of Kenilworth Castle. His BSL tour will also be voiced by an interpreter and anyone is welcome to join. Please meet at the Visitor Centre.
