Join us at Kenwood for an outdoor performance of The Pirates of Penzance performed by Illyria on Wednesday 5 August.
Frederick was born in a leap year on 29th February and is contracted to the Pirate King until his 21st birthday, not his 21st year.
Can the inept Penzance constabulary protect him? How will he endure a life of crime until he is 84? And will his sweetheart, Mabel, wait for him that long? Packed with hilarious melodrama, sharp satire and glittering wit and as fresh as if Gilbert and Sullivan wrote it today.
Doors will open at 6pm. The show will start at 7pm and finish at 9pm, with a 20 minute interval.
