Historians team leader Dr Andrew Hann will lead you on a tour of the house and gardens, looking at areas used by trainee agents of the Polish Special Operations Executive, the Cichociemni, during the Second World War and the hidden evidence of their activities that remains at the site. At the end of the tour there will be a chance to look at some objects linked to the Cichociemni with Audley End House Collections Curator, Dr Peter Moore.
On arrival, please meet outside the main entrance of the house. This event has been graded as moderate access as there are stairs inside buildings. Please wear flat, comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. A waterproof coat is recommended.
