Sandcastle building has been a favourite beach activity since the dawn of the great British seaside holiday, but in the techno-savvy 21st century it may be in danger of becoming a lost art. So this summer we're launching a free competition on our Facebook page, mixing the digital world with some old fashioned beach fun.
Win a Party at the Castle
If you're heading to the beach this summer, make sure you enter our Ultimate Sandcastle Competition. All you need to do is build a sandcastle, take a photo and share it on our Facebook page. But we're adding a twist - we're looking for sandcastles built in the shape of one of the castles within our care. From mighty fortresses to romantic ruins, there are over 90 to choose from!
There are loads of great prizes on offer, including a children's party at a castle, castle sleepovers for adults and plenty of free entry passes. The competition ends on Friday 31 August at 12 noon.
