Cambridge Lodge is a two storey detached cottage. On the ground floor there is a sitting room which overlooks the grounds of Audley End House, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining room.

The front garden is laid out in quite a formal way with small yew and privet hedges whilst to the rear there is a sheltered courtyard. An outdoor table and chairs are provided. There is parking for one car.
