The English Heritage Angel Awards were founded by Andrew Lloyd Webber to reward the efforts of local people in saving their heritage. We have received lots of fantastic entries for the 2013 awards and our experts will be sifting through them over the next few weeks. The shortlist will be announced in July and the winners revealed at a glittering awards ceremony on 21 October.
The Telegraph is the media partner for the awards and the Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation co-funds the awards.
