Dog Friendly Properties to Visit

Enjoy a great day out with your dog at our historic properties. With dog-friendly properties across the whole of England, there is so much history and so many stories and spectacular events to enjoy, for you and your furry friends.

From Roman forts to iconic abbeys, it'll definitely be a day out worth barking about!

English Heritage welcomes responsible dog owners to many of our properties. Please be aware that dogs must be kept on a lead when walking in fields where livestock are grazing, and please always clean up after your dog.
