Schools

Our historic places are full of exciting stories and a school visit to any of them will give your pupils an inspiring and authentic experience. From prehistoric sites and Roman forts, to where the English Civil Wars were fought, we can help you create unique and memorable learning experiences that support the National Curriculum across a wide range of subjects and all key stages.

Teaching Resources

Every historic place that is open to school visits offers teachers important health and safety information and help to complete risk assessments. We also have a variety of teaching guides or activity packs for some of our key properties, which you will find on the individual school visit page for that property. See Stonehenge for example.
