On the Waterfront investigates how a port’s history shapes the future of today's 21st century waterfront. Set in Liverpool, the European Capital of Culture 2008 this major international
three-day conference brings together experts in culture, heritage and regeneration from around the world including China, France, India, Nigeria and USA.
