East Midlands

We have undertaken archaeological investigation work on a number of sites in the East Midlands.
  • Ashby Castle garden tower and terrace
Research reveals remains of Tudor sunken garden in Leicestershire.
  • Beverley Common, in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
Town commons were an important element within the urban fabric from the medieval period onwards but are a neglected part of the landscape for historians and archaeologists.
