Shop: Level access.
Restaurant and cafe: Level access.
Naafi restaurant serves a selection of hot and cold food and drinks, all sourced from local Kent producers. The Keep Coffee Shop and The Secret Wartime Tunnels also serve a selection of tea, coffee and light homemade refreshments.
Access to castle and grounds: Extensive grounds mainly accessible on tarmac paths but there are some very steep slopes. Wheelchair routes and guides are available.
Access to Secret Wartime Tunnels: Good access for wheelchair users but entry is down a steep slope. Mobility scooters are available and should be requested in advance. A land train is available for access to different areas of the site.

six different guided tours free of charge for pre-booked groups while the Great Tower is being prepared for its majestic opening in August 2009. Call to book.
Ghost Tour of Dover Castle. (max. 30 people) Available on certain Sun-Mon in November-February only. Call for prices and to book.
