You will receive a Booking Acknowledgement confirming that your order has been placed.
This Booking Acknowledgement will only be displayed once
. Please immediately print that screen or make a note of your Booking Reference.
In addition you will receive a second e-mail re-confirming the sale. Please print this mail and bring it along as well.
You will then receive your
Voucher
in a second e-mail. Please print this Voucher and bring it along to collect your Overseas Visitor Pass & Guidebook at an English Heritage site. You will also need to bring along proof of overseas residency and the Credit Card you used to make the payment.
