We receive around 2,000 applications a year for designation. To manage the application process effectively we are encouraging you to use the application form below. The form enables us to more efficiently gather the information we need to deal with applications quickly. Please read the acompanying guidance notes before completing the form. You can return the form by email or post.

Please read the accompanying guidance below if you would like to apply for a Certificate of Immunity (COI) from listing or submit a listing application when a Building Preservation Notice (BPN) has been served.
