Information about Stone Circle Access
Stone Circle Access visits take place outside of normal opening times at Stonehenge and must be pre-booked and pre-paid. Each visit time is for one hour and is for a maximum of 26 people. Please note, Stone Circle Access is not available on Tuesday mornings or Wednesday mornings. These mornings are set aside for grounds maintenance.
A Stone Circle Access visit is not a guided tour. The visits offer the opportunity to access the stone circle which is not possible during normal opening times when visitors stay on a path that goes round the outside of the stone circle.
As the visits are out of hours, there are no audio guides available and the gift shop and catering outlet are also closed. However, if you have a stone circle access reservation you can also visit Stonehenge during normal opening times on the same day for no additional cost and make use of the audio guides. To enhance your Stone Circle Access visit you can pre-order a guidebook which will be ready for your collection at the time of your visit.
Booking and Availability
Booking request must be sent well in advance of your suggested time of visiting (at least 2 weeks before).

Febuary 2010 - Spaces for 11th, 12th, 15th, 22nd, 26th, and 28th are now fully booked. (Information correct as of 5th February 2010.)
