Christine Morgenstern – Sales & Marketing Manager:
Christine has been with English Heritage since 1998, and has previously worked in the hotel industry and for an inbound tour operator.

Mercedes Picard – Travel Trade Sales Executive:
Mercedes has been working for English Heritage since 2005 and has joined the travel trade team from 1066 Battle of Hastings Abbey & Battlefield. She has extensive previous experience as a tour director.

Maria Ersmarker – Travel Trade Marketing Assistant:
Maria has been with English Heritage since August 2009, and is a placement student from University of Brighton where she studies a degree in International Travel Management.
