The House

Start your event with a grand entrance through the outer oval hall which takes you into a second soaring room with a sweeping staircase. This leads to a series of interconnecting rooms that can work perfectly together for your event.

Drawing Room

Host your event in our elegant Drawing Room. The rich blue room boasts original Louis XV features and was once the setting for dances and entertainment. The painted gilded ceiling and elegant fireplace will 'wow' your guests.

Ante Library and Terrace

The Ante Library is perfectly placed for summer occasions and drink receptions. The high French doors lead directly onto the terrace and is a great place for your guests to mingle.


Once the favourite room of the de Grey family due to its fabulous floor to ceiling windows, the library is an elegant room, lined with books and elaborate gilded plasterwork.

Dining Rooms

With the original parquet wood floor and dramatic gold and white decoration, this room is often used for dancing and is close to a bar area.

This grand pavilion was once the home to some of the largest orange trees in England. The Orangery is only a short walk from the main house and is the perfect location for summer events.

The American Garden Marquee Site

This marquee site, next to the Orangery, can accommodate up to 1,000 guests for dining and dancing. The magical garden setting is shaded by mature trees and is one of the most important historic landscapes in England.
