Swing into Spring on Bank Holiday Weekend

World War Two Weekend at Dover Castle

Our celebrated World War Two event is back at Dover Castle for another spectacular Father’s Day weekend.

Watch action-packed scenes between the allied and German forces featuring striking pyrotechnics, see military motorcyclists perform tricks and get up close to vintage army vehicles.

Kids can get hands-on with activities in the field hospital, or take on the sergeant’s infamous assault course.

Classic Car Show at Brodsworth Hall and Gardens

Make Father's Day special this year and come along to Brodsworth Hall for a weekend of classic cars. Join fellow car enthusiasts to admire a stunning variety of vehicles, from vintage classics to modern motors from the eighties and nineties.

Beyond the cars, guests can make a full day of the experience by exploring the surrounding gardens, enjoying the adventure play area, or relaxing with refreshments from the on-site tearoom.

BBC GARDENERS’ WORLD AUTUMN FAIR

The BBC Gardeners’ World Autumn Fair returns to Audley End House and Gardens from Friday 11 - Sunday 13 September.

The Battle of Hastings

960 years since the Battle of Hastings took place, the one and only re-enactment returns.

On the very spot where King Harold and Duke William fought in 1066, over 500 reenactors will recreate the drama and intensity of this legendary conflict - and you can see it first-hand.
