Access to castle: There is access to castle bridge and grounds via impacted gravel paths and grass. Steep steps to castle may restrict wheelchair users but these are negotiated by many ambulant disabled visitors.Grounds: Accessible within curtain walls on impacted gravel and smooth grass. There are some sloped areas. Seats provided.
Tape tour with hearing loop included in admission price.
Owned and managed by Lord Howard of Rising. Audio tours (there is a charge). Disabled access (exterior only, toilets). Dogs on leads (restricted areas).
